Booking doesn't mean your spot is confirmed right away. We'll send a confirmation email within 1 to 2 business days. If we can't confirm your reservation, you'll get a full refund — no fees, no stress.

• If a tour needs a minimum number of travelers and that number isn't met, you'll get a full refund or you can choose a different trip.
• If the new option costs more, you may need to pay the difference.
• Extra refunds in special cases depend on the tour operator.

• If you don't show up on the day of the trip — no refund.
• If you miss part of the tour after it starts — no refund.
• Flights included in tour packages are non-refundable and non-changeable.
• Once confirmed, hotel extensions and instant booking products (like tickets or passes) can't be canceled or refunded.

Here's how refunds work based on how early you cancel:

• We count days before your travel start date.
• We don't count the day you cancel or the travel date itself.
• If your trip is within 6 days, we can't make any changes or refunds.

We need written email requests to cancel. Phone calls, voicemails, or chat messages don't count.

Email us your request along with your reservation number. Once we get it, we'll process your refund within 1 to 7 business days.

• Refunds are usually sent via PayPal or check.
• If you paid by wire transfer, we'll deduct the bank fee from your refund.

You can cancel single-day tours or activities at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Admission tickets or skip-the-line passes are not included — check the special notes for each item.

Need to make a change? We can help, but it may cost a small fee:

• Changes made 7+ days before a single-day tour: ₹30 minimum fee per change
• Changes made 24+ days before a multi-day tour: ₹30 minimum fee per change

This applies to date changes, name edits, and switching to another tour.
